We hear about flow state, but what is it? It's not something we force, but something we remember: a state of effortless momentum, full-body presence, and joyful creation. It’s being so immersed in the moment, it feels like life is moving through you.

In this session, we’ll explore how to access flow through the portal of our body. Using somatic practices like shaking, continuous movement,and free dance, we’ll call all the scattered parts of ourselves, past and future, back into the here and now.

We’ll end with a sound bath to ground and integrate.
