Can you feel the light changing its energy and color, drawing us into the warm intimacy of shadow and dusk?

As we slow down, we get ready for a time of contemplation and hibernation, surrendering to the deep Yin of the winter. In this edition of Yin and Gong, we follow the streams of the water element along the meridians of the kidneys and bladder to find the path of least resistance to the most downward point. Supported by the overtones of the Harmonium and the deep metallic vibrations of the Gong, we get carried inwards, deeper and deeper. Where there used to be fear, we dissolve into trust. Until we are free.
