Yoga Nidra – the practice of yogic sleep – is a practice of deep rest, which brings body and mind in a restorative sleep state.
It‘s not only that can enjoy this deep release, scientific studies have shown that Yoga Nidra has a healing, lasting and long-lasting effect on body and mind, the effect of which is continuously intensified with increasing practice.

We are going to dive deeper — deeper into relaxation by practicing, and deeper into the backgrounds and benefits of Yoga Nidra.

Come in your comfiest clothes, bring warm socks and a blanket and enjoy!
