For the second time, we will gather for five days over the magical time of the long Easter weekend in a loving and supportive community at beautiful NONNA HOF, where you are invited to physically RECHARGE, emotionally RESTORE, mentally RELEASE, and spiritually RECONNECT. We will work with the energetic layers first through letting go processes and different somatic practices. Mental clarity and guidance will follow.

Martin is a Somatic Movement & Reiki Practitioner, Kundalini, Yin & Yoga Nidra Facilitator, Gong Sound Teacher-Facilitator, Breath, Mindfulness & Meditation Guide, and consulting Hellenistic Astrologer offering regular classes in Berlin yoga & meditation studios since 2019. As an intuitive cook, Evelina finds inspiration for her culinary creations in the serene ambience of the retreat, where every dish becomes a testament to the endless possibilities that fuel her passion for the art of cooking.
