This session is designed for beginner meditators who wish to establish a foundation for their practice.

In ancient India, asana—or postures—were developed by monks to sustain the body during long periods of meditation. To begin, a simple sequence will help stretch, settle, and soothe.

Supported by gong sounds and spoken word guidance, the environment shifts into held presence, and the mind prepares to let go of the self.

As stillness deepens, the body follows.
