You are invited to an evening of listening, exploration and synesthetic perception. Merging instrumental and electronic music.

Erin Lang (musician, composer, sound artist, poet) creates a journey for the senses guided by the sound of her heavenly harp and elfic voice. With a carefully constructed pedal array, she creates evolving clouds of frequencies that unfold seamlessly, dissolving time and space into pure aethereal essence. AnaRosa (sound artist, and one of HAR's facilitators) will guide the listeners into a state of deep relaxation through gentle movement and breathwork, and dialogue with Erin with other therapeutic instruments like gongs, chimes and flutes.

As always, we end with a sweet treat and time for sharing and integrating.
